What is Cheat Cove?
Cheat Cove is a covenant-controlled, active community located one mile off exit 7 of Interstate 68, between Morgantown and Cheat Lake, WV. Built in phases between 2017 and 2023, 132 townhomes and 34 single family homes compose our community. Cheat Cove enjoys easy access to Monongalia County's best schools, West Virginia University and related healthcare facilities, Morgantown Municipal Airport, local and chain restaurants and shops, places of worship, the West Virginia Botanic Garden, Coopers Rock State Forest, Cheat Lake, Cheat Lake Park & Trail, among other amenities.
